Ah, pure Celtic exuberance.
I was trying to get this done earlier for a Christmas card this year, but it's probably out a bit too late. And besides, it kind of looks like a mess, which was...eh disappointing to say the least, especially considering how much time I poured into it. This project tied me up for several weeks and I wasn't able to really start on anything else until I had finished this, so I just stayed up until 4 in the morning getting it done. 'Tis done now. Hurrah.
It's supposed to be based on the Lindisfarne Gospel, except I went way too red-dot happy. It looks like it got a bad case of the chicken-pox.
Drat... I guess Celtic is the better word here, huh? 'Cause Gaelic is used more as a noun for the language than it is as an adjective for the art, nowadays... Oh, well...
