Maybe I'll just make up some excuses to draw it more. 
The celtic border definetly took the longest. And the horse's rump and hind legs also posed a problem for me. I had to redo it several times. (By the way, anyone have any ideas for the horses name? I was thinking Blizzard, or something. But that sounded lame. 
Any ideas?) Celtic knots always take me a long time anyway. I wish I was better with colors, I just don't really like how a lot of this came out. Disappointing. Maybe I'll have to do him again. His face is so elusive. Maybe because I don't have a perfectly cemented idea of his face in my mind.
