Blessed Ludwig and Saint Elizabeth
November 19th, 2012
Watercolor
I wanted to make a little picture of Blessed Louis (Ludwig) of Thuringia and Saint Elizabeth BECAUSE THEY ARE THE CUTEST SAINT COUPLE EVER but I missed Saint Elizabeth's feast day (November 17th). Ah well. I decided to finish it up today, but, alas...I am bitterly, bitterly disappointed with how it turned out. I really need more practice with using straight-up watercolors. I am very comfortable using watercolors in tandem with ink, but I can't seem to manage them by themselves. *grumble grumble grumble* Anyway, I'll have to do a proper picture of the two some time later. And hopefully it'll come out a whole lot better than this.

Hi! I’m doing saint themed tables at my upcoming wedding instead of a traditional seating chart; the escort cards will be a prayer card of a saint matching the saint on their table! I’m doing married saints since it’s a wedding after all. May I purchase the rights to print this for one of the tables and on the prayer cards for the guests at that table? I would of course credit you as the artist on the cards/ table marker also! Thanks!
