Hey everyone! This is just a fun little picture I have been wanting to do for awhile. I took a picture of my cousin standing on a beach with her umbrella last summer while we were on vacation. I thought it was a nice shot so I decided to save it for later if I ever wanted to work on a little watercolor picture. Yesterday I was really aching to do a little art so I just sat down and painted it! It was quite lovely.
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, and it was just fun and enjoyable to do. I'll tell you what, painting is a whole heap of a lot easier when you have a reference picture you're basing it off of rather than just making up everything from your head.
